Estate info
The essentials, in one place.
What goes in each bin
Green — recycling
Clean, dry paper & cardboard, cartons, and rigid plastic, tins & cans. Rinse and leave loose — no bags.
Brown — food & garden
Food scraps (cooked & raw), garden clippings, and food-soiled paper like napkins or kitchen towel.
Black — general
Only what can’t be recycled or composted — soft plastics, nappies, polystyrene and cling film.
Collection days vary — neighbours here use different providers, so check the schedule from your own waste company. Whoever collects, bins go out by 7am and the sorting above is the same across Ireland.
